Responsibilities
- Advise business leaders and senior management on strategic automation opportunities, technical options, risks, and value.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business needs into requirements, solution concepts, roadmaps, and value cases.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Extend Power Platform solutions with Azure services, APIs, custom connectors, and professional-code components.
- Build integrations with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, enterprise applications, and approved data sources.
- Apply software engineering, source control, code review, automated testing, monitoring, documentation, security, governance, and application lifecycle practices.
- Own production support, performance monitoring, incident analysis, and solution optimization.
- Collaborate with product teams, architects, analysts, security teams, administrators, and citizen developers across a global organization.
- Coach business teams and citizen developers on solution design, platform capabilities, development standards, and responsible automation.
- Develop reusable components, patterns, standards, and best practices for Power Platform and automation capabilities.
- Evaluate Microsoft technologies and recommend solutions based on business value, technical fit, security, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a comparable discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of professional experience in software engineering, solution development, or enterprise automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience with Azure services, APIs, custom connectors, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, Power Fx, or comparable technologies.
- Knowledge of software architecture, integration patterns, data modeling, security concepts, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience with source control, automated testing, and CI/CD using tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
- Proven consulting experience analyzing complex business challenges and advising senior or executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, stakeholder-management, analytical, structured problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical matters clearly to non-technical audiences and connect business strategy, process improvement, and technology.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional, and agile teams with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, environment strategy, licensing, and Center of Excellence practices is advantageous.
- Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications are advantageous.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, process-intensive enterprise environments, process mining, RPA, AI-enabled automation, OCR, or document processing is advantageous.
