Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications and services across web, mobile, API, and cloud platforms.
- Partner with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, improve operational processes, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Build software and integrations using C#, .NET, React, TypeScript, Flutter, AWS, SQL Server, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and engineers to deliver products and features.
- Participate in planning, estimation, refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile delivery activities.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and generative AI to improve productivity, delivery speed, solution design, and business process automation.
- Apply code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, observability, and secure development practices.
- Investigate production issues and improve system reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Share knowledge, mentor team members, and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience developing software applications with modern programming languages and frameworks such as C#, .NET, React, TypeScript, Flutter, and JavaScript.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating enterprise systems and services.
- Knowledge of cloud-native development and deployment practices, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and modern data management practices.
- Understanding of source control, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in agile product teams and contributing to iterative delivery.
- Aptitude for using AI-powered tools, generative AI platforms, and prompt-based workflows for software development and automation.
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or generative AI technologies is advantageous.
