Responsibilities
- Lead development of core frontend features across dashboard, video playback, and device management experiences.
- Build and maintain a reliable, secure, and high-performance web video streaming experience.
- Drive technical decisions involving frontend architecture, frameworks, performance, and best practices.
- Partner with designers, product managers, backend, infrastructure, and other cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously improve UI performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping production web applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, DOM APIs, browser performance, and accessibility.
- Experience building scalable and maintainable frontend architectures.
- Passion for design, usability, and customer-focused products.
- Bonus experience with video streaming, H.264, real-time data, or WebCodecs.
