Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end development of frontend and backend product features under senior engineer guidance.
- Integrate AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily development workflows.
- Translate product requirements into working implementations with reduced frontend-backend handoff friction.
- Learn full stack practices, contribute ideas, and develop toward autonomous delivery.
- Observe cross-team collaboration and suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows.
- Contribute to the product lifecycle from design through deployment and iteration.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above; Computer Science or an AI-related major is a plus.
- Hands-on project experience through personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions.
- Foundation in at least one backend language, specifically Java or Golang.
- Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience building end-to-end projects in academic, personal, or internship settings.
- Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts.
- Familiarity with Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI coding tools.
- Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools.
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills, eagerness to learn, and a product-oriented mindset.
- Open-source contributions, notable GitHub projects, cross-platform development experience, startup experience, or internal and personal side projects are preferred.
