Responsibilities
- Work with the Head of Production and support teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Learn and work across the technology architecture and systems, especially trading systems and the regulatory-reporting data lake.
- Collaborate with the broader Engineering team on engineering practices and architecture.
- Perform technical analysis and identify root causes of issues.
- Design and implement technical changes and improvements.
- Participate in coding and code reviews.
- Work with business teams as needed.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in a financial, technological, mathematical, or scientific discipline with a strong analytical foundation.
- Current experience with C# and Python and a passion for software development.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience designing robust data flows and systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality.
- Self-driven and motivated work ethic.
