
Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across PRIME and Securities Lending services and multiple mission-critical distributed applications.
- Own and oversee key platforms to maintain system stability, operational resilience, and delivery continuity.
- Lead full-stack software engineering, including architecture, development, and support of scalable distributed systems.
- Apply Java expertise and Microsoft technology stack knowledge to platform modernization, integration, and application support.
- Strengthen engineering practices, documentation, collaboration, and knowledge transfer during a transition period.
- Advance iterative development practices and promote AI-enabled development capabilities to improve productivity and software quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- More than 10 years of software development experience.
- Significant full-stack software engineering experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong technical architecture experience with distributed applications, system integration, scalability, and resilience patterns.
- Strong Java skills and demonstrated ability to lead enterprise application design, development, and support.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack.
- Experience working in iterative development environments and leading teams through iterative delivery models.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled development practices and modern engineering tools.
- Experience providing technical leadership, maintaining continuity across critical platforms, and supporting knowledge transfer.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
