Responsibilities
- Design, evolve, and operate a Kubernetes-based cloud-native Data & AI platform.
- Design and automate CI/CD pipelines and implement GitOps and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Deploy and operate cloud and multi-cloud environments and containerized workloads.
- Embed DevSecOps practices into build, testing, deployment, and operational pipelines.
- Secure container images, dependencies, secrets, APIs, workloads, identities, and access policies.
- Industrialize and operate Data, ML, GenAI, and AI-agent pipelines in production.
- Implement monitoring, logging, metrics, distributed tracing, and observability for platform and AI workloads.
- Manage AI-agent deployment, versioning, supervision, rollback, kill-switch controls, runtime performance, latency, consumption, and inference costs.
- Ensure platform and agentic-system performance, availability, resilience, scalability, and production reliability.
- Contribute to DevOps, DevSecOps, DataOps, MLOps, and AgentOps improvements and incident management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience, excluding internships and apprenticeships/work-study programs.
- At least 4 years of concrete, operational, directly relevant experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, MLOps, or Data & AI platform industrialization.
- Demonstrated production experience with availability, resilience, operations, monitoring, observability, security, incident management, CI/CD, automation, and containerized workloads.
- Hands-on production expertise with Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, Terraform or Infrastructure as Code, pipeline and workload security, monitoring, distributed platforms, cloud or multi-cloud environments, IAM, RBAC, secrets management, and Python or Bash scripting.
- Experience industrializing Data or Machine Learning workloads.
- Hands-on MLOps, LLMOps, Generative AI, or AgentOps experience is a strong advantage.
- Academic experience, training projects, isolated proofs of concept, and non-production exposure do not substitute for operational experience.
