Responsibilities
- Design, evolve, and operate a Kubernetes-based cloud-native Data & AI platform.
- Automate CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code.
- Deploy and operate cloud, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
- Integrate DevSecOps controls into build, test, and deployment pipelines, including vulnerability, image, configuration, secret, IAM, RBAC, API, and workload security.
- Industrialize and operate Data, ML, GenAI, and AI-agent pipelines and production workloads.
- Implement monitoring, logging, metrics, distributed tracing, and observability for the platform and AI agents.
- Track platform and agent performance, availability, resilience, latency, inference consumption, and costs.
- Manage model, prompt, configuration, and component versioning, rollbacks, kill switches, incidents, and operational run activities.
- Continuously improve DevOps, DevSecOps, DataOps, MLOps, and AgentOps practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience, excluding internships and apprenticeships.
- At least 4 years of concrete, operational, directly relevant experience in areas such as DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, MLOps, or Data & AI platform industrialization.
- Demonstrable production experience with availability, resilience, operations, monitoring, observability, security, incident management, CI/CD, automation, and containerized workloads.
- Strong experience with several of Kubernetes in production, CI/CD and GitOps, Terraform or Infrastructure as Code, pipeline and workload security, observability, distributed-platform operations, cloud or multi-cloud environments, IAM, RBAC, secrets management, Python or Bash scripting, and Data or Machine Learning workload industrialization.
- Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, GenAI, or AgentOps is an important advantage.
- Academic, training-only, isolated proof-of-concept, or non-production experience is not considered equivalent to operational experience.
