Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, enhance, and develop applications for testing and performance verification of automotive, powersports, and power equipment products.
- Provide application support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, issue resolution, user support, training, and process documentation.
- Operate and support AWS cloud services including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch.
- Assist with cloud infrastructure provisioning and automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, and implement operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications, automate system tasks, enhance existing solutions, integrate enterprise systems, and deliver scalable software solutions.
- Create project design deliverables including workflow diagrams, system architecture diagrams, test cases, technical documentation, and user training guides.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Enterprise IT Services, Japan IT teams, application vendors, and New Model Development Systems teams on test systems and engineering-tool integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s-level degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in application development, support, maintenance, or software delivery through internships, co-ops, academic projects, or professional roles.
- Experience with one or more programming languages and frameworks such as Python, C#, .NET, or .NET Core.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Git, and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Exposure to AWS cloud infrastructure and operations, including services such as EC2, S3, and IAM.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
