Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI agents, plugins, interfaces, and APIs.
- Integrate applications with various systems in alignment with product and platform development strategy.
- Estimate and manage technical efforts, work breakdown structures, risks, and solutions.
- Follow development methodologies and KPIs while contributing to engineering standards and methodologies.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders, manage expectations, and collaborate on problem-solving.
- Anticipate potential issues and lead resolution efforts.
- Work independently and collaboratively with internal and client team members.
Requirements
- Full-stack application development experience with .NET and C#.
- Experience with REST APIs, React or other TypeScript-based UI frameworks, SQL databases, and NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB or MongoDB.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Entra ID, and Azure Foundry Services.
- Experience with Docker, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Experience with Git or TFVC and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for code and infrastructure.
- Experience with AI coding platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
- Generative AI application development experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework or Semantic Kernel, MCP, and vector databases such as Azure AI Search and PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, classical AI/ML, and advanced prompt engineering.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, information technology, BE, or B.Tech.
- Overall 5–10 years of professional experience.
- Preferred: knowledge of AI agents, agentic workflows, multi-agent frameworks and SDKs, Neo4j, and Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio.
- Preferred: Microsoft Azure AI-900 or AI-102 certification.
- Strong communication, analytical, learning, adaptability, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
