Base Salary
$143k - $243k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build clean, scalable, reusable software using sound architecture and engineering practices.
- Own software features from design and implementation through test automation and delivery.
- Design schemas, optimize queries, and support large-scale analytical workloads.
- Build and operate distributed data pipelines for high-volume ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation.
- Create dashboards and analytical reports.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and quality engineers to define features and improve design, quality, and performance.
- Contribute to new features and enhancements for existing offerings.
- Mentor peers, promote knowledge sharing, and manage projects with material technical risk at the team level.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, 3 years with a master's degree, a PhD without experience, or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of experience with an object-oriented programming language.
- Hands-on experience with columnar or analytical data stores, including schema design, partitioning, and query optimization.
- Experience building and operating distributed data pipelines for high-volume ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation.
- Experience creating dashboards and analytical reports.
- Exposure to Java or C++.
- Strong JavaScript and web platform skills focused on reusability and componentization.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance and scale considerations.
- Ability to leverage or critically evaluate AI for workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and design skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow or an AI background is preferred.

- Base pay is $143,200-$243,400, plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.
