Responsibilities
- Lead major technology improvement projects as a technology leader.
- Understand the Coupang GOT web platform and identify areas for improvement.
- Present architecture-level solutions and create a roadmap for implementation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Stakeholders to simplify complex requirements.
- Handle and visualize large amounts of data in front-end development.
- Mentor team members to enhance their individual capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in algorithms, system design, and large-scale distributed systems.
- 12+ years of professional coding experience with modern programming languages like JavaScript and Typescript.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment and meet tight deadlines.
