Responsibilities
- Partner with sales executives as the key technical lead throughout the presales lifecycle.
- Present and demonstrate AvePoint products remotely and on-site based on customer objectives.
- Communicate with prospective and returning customers and guide them through evaluation and selection.
- Build customer-tailored proof-of-concept environments to demonstrate product capabilities.
- Contribute to RFI and RFP proposals that explain how AvePoint solutions meet customer requirements and deliver return on investment.
- Act as a customer advocate and liaison to AvePoint product management and development teams.
- Align Microsoft and AvePoint technologies with customer business objectives.
- Build relationships with customer business and technical advocates to support long-term solution adoption.
- Develop customer buying visions focused on cost reduction and increased business agility.
- Support AvePoint Partner and Marketing teams with field activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Computer, Technology, and Engineering majors are preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 in solution design and implementation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft cloud offerings including Office 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
- Understanding of SharePoint architecture, components, configuration, version differences, and hybrid architectures.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint plugins, workflows, and solutions.
- .NET, C#, and JavaScript programming experience preferred.
- Experience building PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
- Experience with server and software installation, configuration, and administration, especially Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory, SMTP, and DHCP is a plus.
- Confident presentation skills, strong business and technical communication, strategic thinking, customer relationship skills, business analysis capabilities, and advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
