Responsibilities
- Maintain the operational condition and security of infrastructure within the assigned scope.
- Handle complex Level 3 incidents and contribute to resolving vulnerabilities and applying security patches.
- Automate administration and deployment tasks using Ansible.
- Contribute to integration activities, production releases, planned operations, and on-call support.
- Perform technical component upgrades and contribute to BUILD projects and new infrastructure service offerings.
Requirements
- Higher education in information technology.
- Significant experience administering Linux and operating production platforms.
- Strong command of Ansible and automation best practices.
- Experience administering or supporting Apache Kafka.
- Ability to handle critical Level 3 incidents.
- Professional English proficiency, autonomy, rigor, and service orientation.
- Experience with high-volume platforms and API Management environments is a plus.
