Responsibilities

Drive technical direction across multiple teams in the Kraków Hub.
Architect scalable AI features for reliable and maintainable workflows.
Identify and resolve platform-wide bottlenecks with a whole-system perspective.
Champion AI-assisted engineering practices and evaluate cutting-edge tools.
Mentor and grow the next generation of engineering talent.
Bridge the gap between strategy and execution by articulating technical decisions.

8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Deep production experience in PHP and modern backend technologies.
Strong competency in React or Ember.
Proven expertise in AI and agentic development.
Ability to act as a technical advisor with sound judgment.
Experience in high-growth SaaS environments, ideally in marketing automation or CRM.
Working knowledge of Python and experience with data stores like MySQL or DynamoDB.
Fluency in English (B2 minimum) and flexibility to collaborate across time zones.
Familiarity with emerging AI standards and advanced AI coding assistants.
