Responsibilities
- Drive technical direction across multiple Kraków Hub teams and advise on cross-cutting architecture.
- Architect scalable agentic AI features, autonomous workflows, and LLM integrations across platform subsystems.
- Identify and resolve platform-wide performance, scalability, and architectural bottlenecks across React, Ember, PHP, and Python systems.
- Evaluate and lead adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and Devin.
- Mentor engineers through pairing and code reviews while promoting high ownership and technical rigor.
- Bridge technical strategy and execution for engineers and leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Deep production experience with PHP and modern backend technologies, plus strong competency in React or Ember.
- Real-world experience designing autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, or deep LLM integrations.
- Experience delivering high-impact results across multiple product areas or complex SaaS systems.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS environments, ideally in marketing automation or CRM.
- Experience with AWS, CI/CD, and observability at scale.
- Working knowledge of Python for AI services and experience with MySQL, DynamoDB, or Redis at scale.
- Ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor through sound judgment, architectural documentation, and whole-system ownership.
- Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol or advanced AI coding assistants.
- English fluency at B2 minimum and ability to collaborate with overlap across US Central time.
