Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted solutions consultant for customer implementations.
- Design and deliver post-sales solutions to accelerate time to value.
- Optimize tools and data to improve workflows and customer experience.
- Guide customer engineering teams on SDK and API best practices.
- Triage and resolve technical issues to maintain momentum.
- Create playbooks and implementation guides for onboarding.
- Partner cross-functionally and lead technical deep dives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in solutions engineering, architecture, or technical project management.
- Strong communication skills to build trusted relationships.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in APIs, SDKs, and modern tooling.
- Working knowledge of crypto and fintech, including blockchain technology.
