Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and lead the enterprise technical strategy, architecture, standards, and roadmap for Quality Engineering, Automation, and Agentic Testing.
- Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and AI-powered quality platforms.
- Drive autonomous test generation, intelligent test execution, self-healing automation, defect prediction, and AI-assisted defect analysis.
- Establish governance, engineering standards, reference architectures, and best practices for automation, AI-enabled testing, quality intelligence, and continuous testing.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Platform, Security, DevOps, and Data teams to embed quality, automation, and observability throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Use quality analytics, observability, production telemetry, predictive models, quality metrics, and operational KPIs to optimize testing and software reliability.
- Lead innovation initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, mentor engineering teams, and influence enterprise-wide quality transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of management experience in Quality Engineering or a related IT leadership role.
- At least 5 years of experience implementing test automation frameworks.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting release automation and application performance testing.
- Experience with cloud, distributed, microservice, mainframe, and desktop-based technologies.
- Understanding of AI-driven innovation and deployment of Agentic AI solutions for autonomous test execution, intelligent defect triage, risk prediction, and test prioritization.
- Experience with application development and testing and delivering multiple medium- to large-scale projects or programs.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Selenium, Python, or SQL.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, TMMI or test automation certification, 5–10 years of Quality Engineering technical leadership experience, AI automation architecture experience, telemetry and large-scale debugging experience, AWS experience, and software quality engineering design experience.
- Must complete a successful interview and have reliable, punctual attendance.
