Base Salary
$135k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build backend and platform infrastructure required to scale the engineering organization.
- Develop scalable data platforms and DBT transformation layers for large-scale event data, product metrics, and customer-facing analytics.
- Build flexible notification systems that deliver reliable alerts through Slack, email, and other channels.
- Standardize core service patterns and shared business logic, including authentication, persistence, and messaging.
- Create reusable services that reduce duplication, ensure consistency, and enable product engineers to work faster.
Requirements
- Experienced backend engineering background.
- Ability to build scalable infrastructure and reusable backend services.
- Experience with data platforms, event data, analytics, notifications, or shared business logic is relevant to the described work.
