Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI integrations.
- Design agent workflows covering planning, tool use, failure handling, and recovery across multiple steps.
- Integrate LLMs, memory, and external tools into reliable production systems.
- Design real-time AI interactions with streaming, partial results, and tight latency constraints.
- Improve system reliability, observability, fallback mechanisms, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with ML, backend, and product teams to ship features end-to-end.
- Iterate based on real-world usage, failure modes, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Establish scalable patterns and abstractions for integrating LLMs, memory, and external tools.
Requirements
- Strong experience in full stack engineering across frontend and backend.
- Solid understanding of system design and API architecture.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or AI-powered applications.
- Ability to make pragmatic engineering decisions in ambiguous and evolving environments.
- Strong ownership of features from idea through production.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with changing requirements.
