Responsibilities
- Design and execute partner enablement plans, workshops, train-the-trainer sessions, and technical coaching.
- Support complex partner-led opportunities through solution design, demonstrations, and Proofs of Value.
- Coordinate internal teams and partners to establish successful paths for partner-sourced customer opportunities.
- Track engagement risks, resource utilization, and project status in central systems.
- Share partner and customer insights with Product and Practice teams to influence roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Oversee partner-led delivery with Professional Services, guide implementation playbooks, provide technical escalation support, and monitor project health against customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or senior engineering focused on cloud and application performance technologies.
- Deep knowledge of observability concepts including application performance monitoring, infrastructure, and log management.
- Ability to explain technical value to engineers and organizational leadership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills without direct authority.
- Understanding of technical business development within systems integrators, managed service providers, and reseller partner networks.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams through milestone tracking, clear expectations, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience with capacity planning and advising partners on resource requirements for upcoming project pipelines.
