Responsibilities
- Develop domain-specific implementations on top of generalist models such as AIM and Gemini.
- Serve as the primary technical anchor for onboarding vertical teams, writing critical-path code, and designing tool orchestration.
- Translate architectural goals into surface-agnostic systems across AIM, Gemini, and Geo.
- Drive implementation of the MCP2Agency bridge while enforcing data-governance policies such as SIAN.
- Lead technical delivery of high-priority partner integrations in a globally distributed team.
- Conduct code reviews and design-document reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience in speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML field.
- At least 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, or debugging.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and 1 year of software design and architecture experience.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
- Preferred: experience building developer-facing platforms, SDKs, or third-party integration frameworks.
- Preferred: familiarity with LLM orchestration, tool use/function calling, agentic workflows, and direct experience with Model Context Protocol.
