Responsibilities
- Lead customer technical engagements from initial problem framing through production readiness.
- Design and deploy agentic systems using Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and other AWS services.
- Develop tool schemas, memory patterns, and evaluation pipelines for AI agents.
- Drive adoption of AI coding tools across software development teams.
- Create reusable open-source assets, templates, and reference implementations.
- Partner with AWS service teams to translate customer feedback into platform improvements.
- Present technical guidance to developer communities and represent AWS through talks and thought leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in application or infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- Experience presenting to technical and non-technical executive audiences.
- Experience leading or developing high-quality, enterprise-scale software products using a structured system development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
- Preferred: 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Preferred: experience working with end-user or developer communities.
