Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery workshops, architecture reviews, solution envisioning sessions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Design Azure-based AI and application modernization solutions aligned with complex customer business challenges.
- Guide customers through cloud-native architecture, application modernization, implementation, governance, deployment readiness, and scaled adoption.
- Influence executive and technical decision-makers with solution value, architecture recommendations, technical strategy, and transformation roadmaps.
- Drive technical wins and successful solution deployments in collaboration with sales, customer success, product engineering, partners, and industry specialists.
- Develop reusable technical assets, presentations, workshops, industry content, peer coaching, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; or bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years; or 7+ years of such experience; or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure, architecture design, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English.
- Preferred proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Spanish.
- Extensive experience designing, architecting, implementing, deploying, and operating enterprise-scale AI solutions and production AI-powered applications.
- Hands-on expertise building agentic AI proofs of concept and MVPs using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration, multi-agent architectures, prompt engineering, and knowledge grounding.
- Experience with machine learning, generative AI, predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, image processing, document intelligence, and automation.
- Knowledge of cloud-native application development, modern software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, containers, Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience leading enterprise Data & AI transformation, application modernization, cloud transformation, and digital transformation consulting initiatives.
- Microsoft certifications including AI-103, AI-200, AI-300, GitHub Copilot, DP-800, DP-420, SC-200, or SC-500 are highly preferred.
