Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on MuleSoft implementation and integration projects for customers and partners.
- Evaluate technical and functional requirements and design efficient on-premise, cloud, and hybrid integration solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship, implementation guidance, and governance across development and operational lifecycles.
- Lead solution design activities including presentations, architectural blueprints, and requirements-gathering workshops.
- Develop, profile, and troubleshoot Java application code and use automated testing tools.
- Mentor junior services team members and contribute integration artifacts, reusable content, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Identify project risks and help develop mitigation measures to meet customer needs.
- Travel up to 50% of the time, depending on customer needs and regional assignment.
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- Three to six years of hands-on development experience implementing integration solutions.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or another integration solution such as IBM, BEA, Oracle Fusion, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, Progress Sonic, or Apigee.
- Experience with API management solutions such as Apigee or Mashery.
- Experience with at least one on-premise or SaaS packaged COTS solution for ERP, CRM, e-commerce, or mobile applications.
- Experience implementing multiple end-to-end technical integration project SDLCs.
- Ability to implement solutions effectively across diverse client, systems integrator, contractor, and internal teams.
- Working knowledge of on-premise infrastructure, cloud deployments and configurations, monitoring, and management.
- Experience developing, profiling, and troubleshooting Java application code and automated testing tools.
- Experience creating technical design documentation and technical reference materials for clients or internal teams.
- Relevant extracurricular leadership, military, volunteer, or work experience may be considered when evaluating equivalent qualifications.
