Responsibilities

  • Design and implement stable, scalable pipelines that transform customer procurement data into actionable insights.
  • Lead technical customer implementations from kickoff through completion in collaboration with customer IT teams.
  • Configure Tacto’s platform for customer requirements and procurement and supplier-management processes.
  • Develop reusable components and standardized onboarding approaches.
  • Analyze ERP and procurement data to quantify savings and risk-reduction opportunities.
  • Create negotiation dossiers, savings cases, and stakeholder presentations that communicate customer ROI.
  • Develop reusable analytical frameworks and AI-native workflows to scale Proof of Value delivery and extend the demo application.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering and contribute customer insights to the product roadmap.
  • Identify and share opportunities to use AI to accelerate work.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and a problem-solving, creative, and results-oriented approach.
  • Interest in working directly with customers and leads as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Experience programming with SQL.
  • Familiarity with importing, cleansing, validating, transforming, and exploring data.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English.
