Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and delivery of technical product demos for prospective customers.
- Assist with technical proof-of-concept phases and prepare data to demonstrate customer value.
- Analyze customer technical requirements and research integration options such as APIs and SSO.
- Help create technical guides and case studies explaining the platform’s AI features.
- Document technical customer feedback and communicate insights to the product team.
Requirements
- Currently studying computer science, business informatics, business administration with a technical focus, or a comparable program, ideally in an advanced bachelor’s or master’s program.
- Demonstrated technical understanding, fast comprehension, and motivation to understand products in depth.
- Ability to solve technical challenges pragmatically and translate complex customer requirements into working solutions.
- Willingness to take responsibility and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
