Responsibilities
- Create and improve internal tools and platforms used by Epic developers.
- Write unit and functional tests to ensure tool quality.
- Instrument telemetry and visualize or report tool usage through data transformation.
- Create and improve workflows for Unreal Editor, Unreal Editor for Fortnite, Fortnite, and other products.
- Collaborate with QA and developers to streamline human interactions and solve technical challenges in build operations.
- Support the stability, quality, and efficiency of game development workflows.
Requirements
- Experience working on game features or technology with C#.
- Familiarity with C++ or willingness to learn it.
- Experience with UX and GUI frameworks.
- Comfort managing agentic workflows and AI-assisted coding.
- Interest in game engines and game development concepts such as scripting, exporters, data processing, packaging, and deployment.
- Passion for developer efficiency and product quality.
