Responsibilities

  • Translate business priorities and stakeholder feedback into shipped product features.
  • Build clean, efficient, well-documented software across the frontend and backend.
  • Develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback on human- and AI-generated code.
  • Build AI-driven user experiences, agents, and workflow automation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, operational excellence, engineering culture, and technology adoption.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to drive team innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer-science-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working across the stack and shipping features end to end.
  • Experience building AI-driven user experiences, agents, and workflow automation; direct machine-learning experience is not required.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience incorporating feedback from users, teammates, or stakeholders to improve product or project quality and usability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environment.
