Senior AI Engineer – Agentic Marketing

Responsibilities
- Own sub-agents end-to-end, from architecture through production deployment.
- Design agent infrastructure including enforced pipelines, hot-reloadable skills, approval gates, audit trails, and feedback loops.
- Build reliable connectors and integrations for Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- Develop the orchestration layer for routing tasks, coordinating workflows, and resolving conflicts among sub-agents.
- Work with marketing leadership on campaign economics, attribution models, and performance metrics.
- Experiment with agent architectures, models, and frameworks and iterate on production results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend and systems fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered, agent-based, or AI-native systems in production.
- Deep understanding of agent orchestration, state management, context design, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Experience designing evaluation and feedback systems for autonomous agents.
- Ability to design architectures coordinating 15+ agents.
- Strong experience integrating complex third-party APIs with reliable and auditable behavior.
- Strong builder mentality and experience taking 0-to-1 systems from concept to production.
- Preferred experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.
- Preferred experience with digital marketing platforms, campaign structures, bidding, and attribution.
- Preferred knowledge of RAG architectures, vector embeddings, information retrieval, data pipelines, ETL, or marketing analytics.
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills are advantageous.
