Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain clean, scalable, and cost-efficient backend code.
- Evaluate and introduce technologies into the platform stack.
- Use AI-driven tools to accelerate coding, automate testing, and streamline code reviews.
- Analyze system data and performance metrics to improve efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Lead technical projects, mentor peers, and drive architectural decisions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with research and engineering teams on feature definition and integration.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Backend and Data Engineer in production environments.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with Redis and Elasticsearch.
- Experience developing real-time, highly scalable production systems.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Celery.
- Experience with cloud web services such as AWS or OCI.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills.
