Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deployment architectures for enterprise customers.
- Deploy and manage cloud, hybrid, and on-premise infrastructures using containerization tools.
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers during onboarding and troubleshooting.
- Respond to IT and security assessments, addressing compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Platform teams to improve deployment processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation guides.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience deploying enterprise software in cloud or HPC environments.
- Production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and/or Singularity.
- Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP, with strong knowledge of networking and security fundamentals.
- Proven track record of working directly with enterprise customers.
- Clear and proactive communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
