Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale software assets across various technology stacks.
- Take ownership of major features and initiatives from technical specification to delivery.
- Mentor and coach other engineers, fostering their growth through code reviews and design discussions.
- Partner with the Architect to translate architectural vision into high-quality code.
- Drive engineering best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and scalability.
- Identify and advocate for improvements to the technology stack and development processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert in one or more technical domains.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or C# (.NET).
- Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks like React.
- Demonstrated experience in system design and architecture.
- Proven experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical projects.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
