Responsibilities
- Lead engineering architecture design reviews with AI-driven insights.
- Set a high technical bar through code and architecture reviews.
- Mentor engineers on scalable system design and AI-first practices.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools across the organization.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create solutions.
- Improve engineering processes by embedding automation and AI tooling.
- Build services that meet high standards of availability and latency.
- Leverage AI systems to optimize performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience developing large-scale, consumer-facing web applications.
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks.
- Strong experience with building and bundling tools like Webpack.
- Strong experience with testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience optimizing web application performance.
- Experience evaluating and integrating AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong understanding of AI applications in development and operations.
