Base Salary
$141k - $226k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering architecture design reviews using AI-driven insights and system modeling.
- Set technical standards through code and architecture reviews, including evaluation of AI-generated code and patterns.
- Mentor engineers in scalable system design, user experience development, and AI-first practices.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows across engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to create integrated solutions.
- Improve planning and execution through automation, AI tooling, and intelligent workflows.
- Build highly available, low-latency services for a mission-critical environment.
- Use AI systems to improve performance, observability, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience developing large-scale, consumer-facing web applications.
- Expertise with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks such as Angular and React.
- Strong experience with Webpack and other building and bundling tools.
- Strong experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Jest and Karma.
- Experience optimizing web application performance through techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, and reducing Time to Interactive.
- Experience evaluating and integrating AI-assisted development tools into engineering workflows.
- Strong understanding of applying AI to developer productivity, system design, and operational efficiency.
