Base Salary
$270k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build platform systems connecting product and ML, including credentials, proxying, routing, and experimentation.
- Identify and resolve future scaling bottlenecks before they affect users.
- Architect and own major platform components end to end.
- Improve developer experience, deployment speed, and platform abstractions for product engineers.
- Help set technical direction as the platform team grows from three to eight people.
Requirements
- Experience redesigning or rewriting services when architectural problems cause recurring bugs.
- Ability to diagnose system failures and plan for future scaling needs.
- Ability to build durable foundational systems that accelerate future product delivery.
- Comfort solving complex problems with significant constraints and edge cases.
- Care about both user journeys and technical requirements.
