Responsibilities

Analyze and model business, functional, technical, and infrastructure aspects of the application landscape to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical and business experts to clarify requirements, define technical outlines, create epics and user stories, and write product documentation.
Contribute hands-on development to a Java and Angular-based internal digital product team.
Define and design modular, integrated software products and automated tests while maintaining code quality and long-term maintainability.
Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools for software development.
Support and nurture the team and advocate for AI acceleration and responsible use of AI coding agents.

Profound software architecture and design skills with in-depth knowledge of architectural methodologies and technologies.
Experience with data-heavy architectures and strong analytical and structural thinking skills.
Several years of successful full-stack development experience using Java, SpringBoot-RestAPI, Hibernate, Docker, OpenShift, Jenkins, Git, Oracle, ReactJS, SQL, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, or NgRx.
Experience using AI Coding Agents in software development lifecycle processes, including best practices and guardrails.
Knowledge of Kafka, API Gateways, microservice architecture, and DevOps.
Academic degree in IT or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills and fluent written and spoken English.
