Responsibilities
- Act as a technical lead for design and implementation within the .NET, Windows, and WPF ecosystem.
- Own the full development lifecycle from technical concept and implementation through review and production readiness.
- Collaborate with QA and BA teams to define, refine, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support other development teams integrating and adopting shared frameworks and container APIs.
- Drive user-interface definition and evolution with the UX team, emphasizing consistency and usability.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in the .NET framework and C#, including advanced language features, architectural patterns, and best practices.
- Strong applied knowledge of data structures and algorithms for efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Many years of hands-on experience designing and building high-performance desktop applications.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical and system-level decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for technical leadership, stakeholder alignment, and knowledge sharing.
- Ability to use AI tools productively while applying critical judgment for responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
