- Ship developer-first growth surfaces by combining user insights and data.
- Rapidly build high-performance interfaces to bring Cartesia’s models to market.
- Instrument and analyze key metrics to iterate based on user behavior.
- Communicate publicly about your work through official channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to craft surfaces that enhance growth.
- Identify and reduce friction across the user journey.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least one previous internship or substantial project experience in software development.
- Proficient in TypeScript and experienced in building modern web applications using React.
- Some backend experience in Python or Go with a focus on APIs.
- Evidence of shipping and iterating on a user-facing product.
- Deep intuition for what makes a great developer experience.
- Curiosity about product metrics and experimentation.
