Responsibilities
- Build the orchestration layer that routes, sequences, and supervises real-time multi-agent workflows across customer environments.
- Extend agent harnesses with tooling, sandboxes, and evaluation loops for testing and validating outputs before production changes.
- Contribute to Agent Manager, including guardrails, rollback paths, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Design, code, and ship full-stack agent-platform features spanning data models, APIs, and front-end tooling.
- Work with customers to identify where automated agent improvement can and cannot be trusted and turn edge cases into platform safeguards.
Requirements
- Comfort with Python, including asyncio and FastAPI, and TypeScript, including Node and React.
- Understanding of computer science fundamentals in distributed systems.
- Coursework, internship, or personal-project experience with LLM APIs, evaluation frameworks, RAG, or agent frameworks such as LangChain or MCP; production experience is not required.
- Interest in coordinating multi-step and multi-agent systems, including state, tool calls, and failure recovery.
- Track record of shipping full projects end-to-end through school, internships, or personal projects.
- Excitement about working in ambiguous, bleeding-edge agentic AI areas and helping define new practices.
