Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for the North AI workspace platform.
- Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
- Write and ship minimal code for low-resource environments with stringent deployment mechanisms.
- Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience shipping fullstack code (Python and React) in production.
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Experience working in both large enterprises and startups.
- Strong coding abilities across the stack.
- Ability to read, understand, and fix issues outside the main code base.
- Experience building and deploying performant client-side or server-side applications.
