Base Salary
$107k - $161k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Analyze and resolve high-impact problems involving complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Design, build, and architect robust, scalable, highly available applications aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation using advanced knowledge of system flows.
- Develop integrated solutions using web technologies, APIs, Java/J2EE, databases, containers, and related technology stacks.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as necessary.
- Assess and manage technology and business risk while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, policies, and controls.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Extensive experience with systems analysis and software application programming.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, React JS, REST APIs, multithreading, and Java/J2EE backend development.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience developing and architecting integrated solutions with scalability, high availability, and consistency requirements.
- Experience developing APIs and web services using REST and SOAP.
- Experience with relational databases such as MSSQL or Oracle, or NoSQL platforms.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of enterprise design patterns, SOLID principles, and Docker deployment.
- Experience with JUnit, Cucumber, Jasmine, or Mocha testing frameworks.
- Preferred experience with Kafka or other high-speed messaging platforms.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery technologies and tools.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.

- Full-time position based in Irving, Texas.
- Salary range is $107,120.00–$160,680.00, with potential discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
