Responsibilities

Design, develop, optimize, and maintain performant, resilient, scalable platform components for developers and production systems.
Implement infrastructure as code solutions and contribute to large-scale, multi-team platform initiatives.
Support Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, containers, and hybrid platform architecture across cloud and on-premise environments.
Improve developer experience, development workflows, platform stability, performance, and supportability.
Use OTEL, NewRelic, and Splunk to monitor performance and diagnose issues.
Participate in code reviews, promote code quality, and collaborate with developers, technical leads, solutions architects, and platform teams.
Implement feature quality analytics to inform product decisions and monitor performance.
Participate in on-call support for a 24x7x365 business.

4–6 years of experience developing infrastructure as code solutions.
Experience delivering or maintaining large-scale, multi-team platforms.
Experience working in Kubernetes environments and strong understanding of Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and containers.
Experience using OTEL, NewRelic, and Splunk to understand performance and issues.
Understanding of cloud security controls and hybrid platform architecture.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Bash scripting, Python or Go.
Strong understanding of Makefiles, Docker build files, and YAML.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, code review, and project delivery skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred: proficiency in unit, integration, and UI testing methodologies and experience with real-time applications and push data.

Hybrid work arrangement with onsite reporting to the Krakow, Poland office one to two days per week.
Role supports a 24x7x365 business and includes on-call support.
Work includes supporting both cloud and on-premise locations.
