Base Salary
$168k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship generative AI and agentic experiences powered by large language models, retrieval, and autonomous workflows.
- Build modern customer-facing web applications, reporting data warehouse experiences, and integrations with third-party applications.
- Integrate information from numerous services into cohesive, performant systems.
- Write maintainable code, conduct peer code reviews, and optimize client and server systems for performance, maintainability, and extensibility.
- Prototype solutions, define paths from prototype to production, and propose tools, frameworks, automations, and processes.
- Partner with design and product teams to understand needs and develop compelling features.
- Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- At least 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader.
- Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
