Responsibilities
- Perform design reviews according to security requirements and good practices.
- Conduct code reviews and vulnerability analyses.
- Create proof-of-concept exploits on devices under evaluation.
- Lead the technical aspects of evaluation projects in coordination with project managers.
- Provide status updates to clients and project managers.
- Coordinate with technical teams, evaluators, customers, and certification bodies as needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the security evaluation domain.
- Proficiency in C and C++.
- Experience with secure embedded systems such as Secure Elements, System-on-Chips, Trusted Execution Environments, smart TVs, and ECUs.
- Reverse engineering skills using tools such as IDA Pro and Ghidra.
- Understanding of low-level computer architecture, operating systems, and security features including secure boot, memory isolation, fuses, PAC, and ASLR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to clients or certification bodies in Europe, North America, or Asia.
