Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and understand business processes.
- Design and implement scalable automation workflows to reduce manual intervention.
- Test and troubleshoot automation workflows for reliability and performance.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for deployed automation solutions.
- Stay current with process automation industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Blue Prism Certified Developer certification or UiPath Certified Developer certification is listed.
- Required skills include robotic process automation, client relations, collaboration, design thinking, storytelling, executive presence, personal effectiveness, and inclusion.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level is required.
