Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve the AI-agentic Product Development Lifecycle framework.
- Design and orchestrate AI agents, subagents, skills, and multi-agent systems for product development.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using prompt engineering, RAG, and tool calling.
- Build and integrate Model Context Protocol servers and tooling ecosystems.
- Implement continuous delivery pipelines and troubleshoot complex systemic issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and framework users to refine solutions.
- Provide architectural documentation, technical guidance, and mentorship to global team members.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience, including experience leading development teams or initiatives.
- At least 1 year of dedicated AI Engineering experience, such as prompt engineering, agentic systems, or RAG.
- Proficiency writing clean, well-tested code in Python, GoLang, or TypeScript.
- Experience designing and integrating APIs, including RESTful, OAuth 2.0, and token-based authentication integrations.
- Strong understanding of security boundaries.
- Hands-on fluency with AI-native IDEs such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot and AI CLI assistants such as Claude Code.
- Fluent English and excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, with equivalent practical experience encouraged.
- Prior experience building or consuming Model Context Protocol servers is preferred.
