Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical authority for the Salesforce platform.
- Translate the Salesforce roadmap into scalable technical architecture and governed delivery approaches.
- Produce and oversee high- and low-level designs for major programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own integration strategy, architectural integrity, solution quality, and long-term platform scalability.
- Coordinate with technical leads across Customer and Business Platforms to ensure cross-platform architectural alignment and integration integrity.
