Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship production backend systems end to end.
- Build tools for recruiting automation, candidate matching, global hiring, contracts, and payments on the talent platform side.
- Create post-training datasets with AI researchers to improve foundational model capabilities on the applied AI/human data side.
- Work closely with product and design to deliver scalable, simple, high-quality systems.
- Own projects that directly impact customers and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Computer Science or related degree and graduating between 2026 and 2028.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with APIs, SQL or NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms.
- Curiosity about and passion for AI and startups.
- Ability and willingness to work in person and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
