Software Developer I - ServiceNow
Bristol Myers SquibbResponsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, system architects, product owners, and IT teams to gather requirements, prioritize backlog items, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, maintain, and deliver new ServiceNow features and functional enhancements that improve platform operations and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, incidents, and support fixes with development and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing to verify that requirements are met.
- Identify continuous-improvement opportunities and support adherence to technology standards across capability delivery teams and service providers.
- Communicate status updates, manage stakeholder expectations, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Support business services while considering enterprise strategy, processes, capabilities, and performance goals.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2–3 years of ServiceNow experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM (GRC/TPRM), and HRSD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist certification is preferred.
