Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of agile software development.
- Find architectural and internal design improvements.
- Develop clean, testable, scalable systems using various technologies.
- Deliver software on a sustainable schedule.
- Collaborate closely with business, product, and engineering teams.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify software solutions.
- Use Agentic AI coding daily.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or software engineering.
- 7+ years of programming experience.
- Professional experience with OOP concepts and design patterns using Java and JavaScript (ReactJS).
- Experience shipping multiple large, complex software projects.
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Experience working as part of a team software development effort.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Desire to drive business impact and accountability.
- Owner's mindset with a focus on improvement.
- Curiosity and willingness to mentor and learn from teammates.
