Responsibilities
- Define and drive test automation strategies for AI-powered, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Lead and mentor automation engineers while promoting quality engineering practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks across web, API, data, and AI testing layers.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Developers, and Product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Establish testing approaches for AI models, prompt-based applications, AI agents, and intelligent workflows.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.
- Monitor quality metrics, testing KPIs, defects, and risks, and provide stakeholder updates.
- Drive process improvements and adoption of AI-enabled quality engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, including extensive test automation.
- Experience leading automation testing teams and quality engineering initiatives across complex environments.
- Strong expertise with automation frameworks and technologies including Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience testing AI/ML solutions, Generative AI applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud-native applications.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and modern quality engineering practices.
- Familiarity with AI model validation, prompt testing, AI agent testing, LLM evaluation, and Responsible AI principles is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
